The act of causing (or allowing) something (or someone))

 to fall unintentionally.

The results:

Puddles, splatter, poisoning, confession, betrayal, guilt, release, relief,

in confidence, in pain, playful, first link in a chain of events.           

Maybe, don’t do it.
