On the last day of Women’s History Month, I wanted to share a short video from PBS about the women who kept lighthouses throughout the United States.
It reminded me of an excellent book of poetry by Suellen Wedmore inspired by women lighthouse keepers. You can listen to a podcast that highlights the award-winning poetry in “A Fixed White Light.”
