Rejoice, while I’m Waiting

20190310_165835Lamentations 3: 22- 25

It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.  The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him. The Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. KJV

While I’m waiting for prayers to be answered, for warmer weather, for leaves and flowers to grow, I can find beauty, joy, peace and contentment in what exists in this moment

Heavenly Creator, I thank you for your presence in the dead of winter, and in the rebirth of Spring. Everliving God, I seek You who offer life, light and salvation. Amen
