to celebrate
a Force
to be reckoned with:

Women-
their strength
and great resilience.
She bears the children-
it is Her womb
that keeps the species relevant.

Women-
who hold up half the sky
for half the pay
and have even less say
in matters that require humans
to deeply contemplate
the sorry state
of our collective consciousness.

When will the masculine
cede The Crown?
When will we women
alter the script,
turn it completely around?
When will we finally
see
the virtue and power
of Feminine Energy-
that which builds and heals
rather than destroy and tear asunder.

Woman –
that which intuits
I am You;
You are Me.
We are many
in just One Body-
here to love,
crafted to keep
each of God’s
precious sheep.
